  My husband spent 14 months working in Robbinsville, NC. I reluctantly joined him for part of one summer. I was so worried about being lonely because I didn't know anyone in Robbinsville. The day we drove in (from Michigan) we saw signs for evening Vacation Bible School starting that week. We brought our daughters every day and found the church members warm and welcoming. They embraced us for the time we were there that summer. I especially loved Pastor Blackney's preaching - some of the best I've ever heard. I'd love to return to Robinsville someday just to visit the church and people.
